Congratulations! I am amazed by the level of details you are sharing. I've been studying container home projects for a long time and yours is by far the best. I have just moved to Canada and I have mid to long term plans to build a similar project -- so it is great to follow your steps. Keep posting those videos! There are so many details about this kind of construction that you can't find anywhere.
I can see that the containers actually take about 40% of the home. I wonder why you did not choose to use more of them. Is it because they would be wasted on the open concept area? (removing most of the walls, for example.) Are you seeing improvements in costs by using the containers?
